Get Fit Without Getting Hit!

This 60 minute, timed, circuit training class will have you against the ropes...so to speak. With more of a focus on kickboxing, each circuit station will break down punches, kicks, knees and many other kickboxing techniques.  Class participants can expect to see punching bags, jump ropes, activity rings, Lebert Bars, Stability Balls and more.

This is a "no touch" class.  The only person you are competing against is YOU!

This class is suited for all fitness levels.  Each station can be modified.

What do you need to bring?

  1. A Towel!! (seriously)
  2. Water, and lots of it.
  3. Boxing gloves (if you don't have these, they can be purchased through us.)
  4. You can workout in your bare feet or your training shoes.
  5. A "get it done" attitude
